We have a 14-day return and refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@Oxadaskateshop.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned (such as gripped boards, used gear, or out-of-packaging products) and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@Oxadaskateshop.com and send your item to sender’s address.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

To return your product, you should mail your product.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damages

Skateboard decks are placed under immense pressure and subjected to tremendous abuse when skated, if you do it right. Therefore it’s completely possible that you may break or chip your board even if it’s brand new. It sucks but it happens. Exercise caution and good practice of breaking-in a new skateboard deck. The manufacturer is not responsible for what you do on a skateboard, if you decide to slide your wheels on a tennis court, run your board into the path of a car, jump a 10 stair, or anything else that might impress your fans on Instagram but may damage your goods, then you are responsible for that.

Never expose your board to water or store your board in the car, outdoors or in direct sunlight. Ignoring this advice can cause problems such as rusted bearings, delamination, warping, and graphic smearing. This will void any manufacturer’s warranty and/or any acceptable return to Oxada Skate Shop.

Defective product

 

Oxada Skate Shop wants you to be completely satisfied with everything that we offer. This begins from the site all the way to the product you select. Product is deemed defective either by the manufacturer or Oxada Skate Shop. Please note, product purchased more than 7 days from the original invoice date will not be considered for defect.

Unfortunately, refunds are not available in the matter of defective product. If you think you have received a defective product, please contact us at info@Oxadaskateshop.com. We will review the product and do one of the options shown below. 

• Consider it defective through Oxada Skate Shop standards, and immediately ship your replacement or provide store credit for the cost of the item
• Contact the manufacturer to see if they cover the defective merchandise, then contact you with the information we have received

Exceptions / non-returnable items

 

Assembled products such as custom completes or gripped skateboard decks cannot be returned.

Variations

We try our best to visually represent the products sold as faithfully as we can, however, many items have variations (top-ply colour on boards) that may not be as displayed. Items may not be returned based on such variations. If you wish to see a photo of the exact item you will be receiving, let us know before purchasing and we’ll be happy to help.

Return procedure

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you’ve received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make a correction. You must provide proof of purchase.

We have a 14-day return policy. Return requests must be made within these respective timeframes.

Return shipping will be at the buyers expense, we accept no liability for lost or damaged goods during return transit. Items damaged in transit will not be accepted for return, exchange or refund.
